The Ravens, Jets, Chiefs and Eagles clinched playoff berths on Sunday thanks to a combination of victories and losses by the Jaguars, Chargers and Giants. Pittsburgh 27, Carolina 3 Trench Counter: Steelers +24.3, Panthers -24.3 The Pittsburgh Steelers (11-4) dominated the Carolina Panthers (2-13) at Heinz Field on Thursday night. Ben Roethlisberger went 22-for-32 with 320 yards and a touchdown. He also scrambled for a 1-yard score in the third quarter. Rashard Mendenhall rushed 18 times for 65 yards and a touchdown, while Isaac Redman added 43 yards on five touches. Mike Wallace was Pittsburgh?s leading receiver with four catches for 104 yards and a score. Jimmy Clausen struggled with 73 yards and an interception on 10-for-23 passing. Jonathan Stewart rushed 18 times for 71 yards, while Mike Goodson led with the team in receiving with two catches for 23 yards. Goodson also lost a fumble. Carolina had just seven first downs and 119 total net yards. Arizona 27, Dallas 26 Trench Counter: Cardinals +2.5, Cowboys -2.5 Jay Feely hit a 48-yard field goal in the final seconds to give the Arizona Cardinals (5-10) to a victory over the Dallas Cowboys (5-10) on Christmas Night. John Skelton had 183 passing yards and a touchdown. The Cardinals jumped out to a 14-0 lead thanks to a pair of interception returns for touchdowns in the first quarter. Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower combined for 70 yards on 17 rushing attempts. Andre Roberts led Arizona in receiving with five receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown. Jon Kitna went 12-for-20 with 115 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions before leaving with a hip injury, paving the way for Stephen McGee to post 111 yards and a touchdown on 11-for-17 passing. Felix Jones and Marion Barber combined to rush 24 times for 135 yards and a touchdown. Miles Austin (115 yards and a score) and Jason Witten (eight catches for 45 yards and a touchdown) were the Cowboys? leading receiver. New England 34, Buffalo 3 Trench Counter: Patriots +14.7, Bills -14.7 The New England Patriots (13-2) dominated the Buffalo Bills (4-11) on Sunday afternoon. Tom Brady had 140 yards and three touchdowns as New England jumped out to an early lead at Ralph Wilson Stadium. BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed 19 times for 104 yards and Danny Woodhead added 93 yards and a touchdown on 13 touches. Ron Gronkowski led the Patriots with four receptions for 54 yards and tow touchdowns. Ryan Fitzpatrick went 18-for-37 with 251 yards and three interceptions. Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller combined to rush for 111 yards on 19 carries. Fitzpatrick?s top target was Naaman Roosevelt, who caught four passes for 74 yards. Fitzpatrick and Spiller also lost two fumbles each in the loss. Chicago 38, N.Y. Jets 34 Trench Counter: Bears +1.4, Jets -1.4 The Chicago Bears (11-4) used a strong third quarter to top the New York Jets (10-5) in a game full of playoff implications. Jay Cutler went 13-for-25 with 215 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Matt Forte excelled as well, rushing 19 times for 113 yards and a score. Johnny Knox was Chicago?s leading receiver with four receptions for 92 yards and two touchdowns. Mark Sanchez was steady, posting 269 yards, a touchdown and an interception on 24-for-37 passing at Solider Field. Shonn Greene and LaDainian Tomlinson combined to rush for 98 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries. Dustin Keller had seven receptions for 79 yards and Braylon Edward hauled in six balls for 78 yards, while Santonio Holmes caught a 23-yard pass from Sanchez in the third period. Baltimore 20, Cleveland 10 Trench Counter: Ravens +7, Browns -7 The Baltimore Ravens (11-4) defeated the Cleveland Browns (5-10) to clinch a playoff berth. Joe Flacco went 12-for-19 with 102 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Ray Rice rushed for 92 yards on 25 carries, including a dash of 11 yards. Derrick Mason (four catches for 50 yards) and T.J. Houshmandzadeh (32 yards on four grabs) each caught touchdown passes from Flacco. Colt McCoy had 149 yards and three interceptions and Mohamed Massaquoi tossed a 29-yard touchdown pass to Brian Robiskie in the first quarter. Washington 20, Jacksonville 17 (OT) Trench Counter: Redskins -0.1, Jaguars +0.1 Graham Gano kicked a 31-yard field goal in overtime to push the Washington Redskins (6-9) to a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-7). Rex Grossman had 182 yards, a touchdown and an interception on 19-for-39 passing. Ryan Torain rushed for 65 yards and a score on 20 carries, including a key run in the fourth quarter. Santana Moss led the team in receiving with five catches for 85 yards. David Garrard went 22-for-38 with 299 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. Josh Freeman had 237 yards and five touchdowns on 21-for-26 passing. Rookie LeGarrette Blount rushed for 164 yards on 18 carries in the victory. Kellen Winslow (seven catches for 98 yards) and Mike Williams (three grabs for 44 yards) both caught two scoring strikes from Freeman. Matt Hasselbeck went 3-for-4 with 24 yards and a 1-yard touchdown rush before leaving with a hip injury in the first quarter. Charlie Whitehurst had 66 yards on 11-for-18 passing, but he couldn?t get Seattle?s offense going. Marshawn Lynch rushed 14 times for 53 yards, while tight end John Carlson had a team-high three catches for 27 yards. Green Bay 45, N.Y. Giants 17 Trench Counter: Packers +21, Giants -21 The New York Giants (9-6) couldn?t stop Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers (9-6) at Lambeau Field. Rodgers went 25-for-37 with 404 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing twice for 26 yards. Brandon Jackson, Dimitri Nance and John Kuhn combined to rush 33 times for 93 yards and two touchdowns. Greg Jennings led with seven receptions on 142 yards, while Jordy Nelson, James Jones, Kuhn and Donald Lee caught scoring passes from Rodgers. Eli Manning had 301 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions on 17-for-33 passing. Brandon Jacobs tallied 44 yards on just eight carries, but he lost a key fumble in the second half. The Falcons clinched a playoff berth after the Giants lost to the Eagles and they celebrated it by topping the Seahawks. Philadelphia needed 28 points in the final seven-plus minutes to storm back and beat New York. San Diego 34, San Francisco 7 Trench Counter: Chargers +20.7, 49ers -20.7 The San Diego Chargers (8-6) never trailed as they defeated the San Francisco 49ers (5-9) on Thursday night. Philip Rivers went 19-for-25 with 273 yards and three touchdowns, all of which went to Vincent Jackson. With an early lead, San Diego leaned on Ryan Mathews (17 carries for 56 yards) and Mike Tolbert (17 touches for 46 yards and a touchdown). Jackson hauled in five passes for 113 yards and the three scores. Randy McMichael made a number of impressive catches and finished with five receptions for 55 yards. Alex Smith didn?t get much help and had just 165 yards and an interception on 19-for-29 passing. Anthony Dixon (33 yards) and Brian Westbrook (22 yards and a touchdown) weren?t very productive thanks to San Diego?s stingy defense. San Francisco was forced to punt the ball six times. Josh Morgan led the 49ers in receiving with seven catches for 109 yards in the loss. Baltimore 30, New Orleans 24 Trench Counter: Ravens +14, Saints -14 The Baltimore Ravens (10-4) beat the New Orleans Saints (10-4) on two Billy Cundiff field goals in the fourth quarter. Joe Flacco went 10-for-20 with 172 yards and two touchdowns, while Ray Rice shined. Rice ran 31 times for 153 yards and caught five passes for 80 yards and had two total touchdowns. Drew Brees had 267 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. New Orleans lacked a ground game, getting just 27 yards on 14 carries by Pierre Thomas, Julius Jones and Reggie Bush. Jacksonville 38, Oakland 31 Trench Counter: Jaguars -5.4, Raiders +5.4 Maurice Jones-Drew ran for a 30-yard touchdown to break a tie late to give the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-5) a win over the Oakland Raiders (6-7). David Garrard went 11-for-22 with 159 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Rashad Jennings rushed five times for 109 yards and a score, while Jones-Drew added 101 yards and a score on 23 touches. Tim Hightower rushed 18 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns, while Arizona?s defense/special teams scored a pair of touchdowns. Jay Feely kicked five field goals and ran five yards for a score in the second quarter. Kyle Orton went 19-for-41 with 166 yards and three interceptions. Chad Henne had just 55 yards and a touchdown, while Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams had 89 total rushing yards. Brandon Marshall caught a touchdown pass, while Anthony Fasano had a team-high 33 receiving yards. Mark Sanchez went 17-for-44 with 216 yards and an interception. New York lost despite limiting Miami to just 131 total net yards and only six first downs. LaDainian Tomlinson rushed 19 times for 48 yards and Jericho Cotchery led the Jets with five catches for 69 yards. San Diego 31, Kansas City 0 Trench Counter: Chargers +22, Chiefs -22 The San Diego Chargers (7-6) shutout the Kansas City Chiefs (8-5), who were without Matt Cassel in a very important divisional game. Philip Rivers went 18-for-24 with 226 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Mike Tolbert, Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles combined for 184 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Malcolm Floyd was San Diego?s top receiver with four catches for 51 yards and two scores. Brodie Croyle started and went 7-for-17 with 40 yards and was replaced by Tyler Palko on Kansas City?s last offensive series. Jamaal Charles, who signed a lucrative contract on Sunday, rushed ten times for 40 yards. The Chiefs were forced to punt eight times and they had just 67 net yards.

Raiders End Chargers' 18-Game December Win Streak

The Raiders didn't just sweep the season series from the Chargers for the first time since 2001 on Sunday, they also ended a historic run. San Diego had won their last 18 games in December, tying an NFL record for the most consecutive wins in a single month. The Chargers last lost in the month on Dec. 31, 2005.

Philadelphia 34, Houston 24 Trench Counter: Eagles -6.2, Texans +6.2 The Philadelphia Eagles (8-4) scored 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to comeback and beat the Houston Texans (5-7) on Thursday night. Michael Vick had 302 yards, two touchdowns and an interception while also rushing 10 times for 48 yards and another score. LeSean McCoy (44 yards and a touchdown) and Jerome Harrison (three rushes for 20 yards) also excelled on the ground. McCoy was Vick?s top target, catching eight passes for 86 yards and a score. DeSean Jackson had three receptions for 84 yards. Matt Schaub went 22-for-36 with 337 yards, two touchdowns and a costly interception. Arian Foster rushed for 83 yards and a score and also hauled in two passes for 26 yards and another touchdown. Andre Johnson left briefly with an ankle issue, but he was able to finish with six receptions for 149 yards in the loss. Houston was able to intercept Vick, who has thrown just two this season.
